

This Fruit bread is an organic wholemeal rye sourdough bread. Packed with organic dried fruits like apricots, figs and plumes or prunes soaked in a mixture of dark rum and Cointreau to boost natural flavours. After baking the alcohol is evaporated but the flavours stay. Almonds are used on the outside for a beautiful decor and taste . A traditional treat during the Christmas time.
No sugar is added, the sweetness comes from figs, apricots and prunes, balancing the natural tanginess of rye. Therefore it is enjoyed by non-rye-lovers, too.
