Twisted Rootbread

“Wurzelbrot” as its called in German is a conventional long wheat bread with a twist. This sourdough bread is made of two preferments. One with rye sourdough and the other with apple yeast water. Black Sesames adding flavor.

Guaranteed no enriched or bleached flour is used. Best within 4 hours after baking. Can be frozen. An alternative to ordinary Baguettes for a BBQ.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Rye Flour, Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Rye Sourdough, Apple Yeast Water (contains apple, honey, sugar) , Organic BLK Sesame Allergy advice: contains Gluten, traces of Honey
